We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the UNICEF UK Shop; if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Your support helps us provide life-saving supplies to children worldwide, and we strive to make our returns process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding the items you wish to return and your reason for doing so.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any old delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off at a Post Office

  Take your package to any local Post Office and request a proof of postage receipt, which you should keep until your refund has been processed.
